Estimate A Price Range
Work with you to figure out the estimated price range that will be best for you and help you become pre-qualified by a lender.
Review Purchase Agreement
Show you a copy of the purchase agreement forms that we use so you will have an opportunity to review them and ask questions prior to making a decision.
Select Properties
Carefully pick out properties now on the market, including houses listed by other real estate companies and those not in MLS that seem to meet your needs and financial requirements. Research these properties to identify any problems or issues.
Consult With Other Sales Associates

Show Homes
Show you homes that seem to meet your requirements regardless of which real estate company has it listed or advertised.
Estimate of Costs
Give you an estimate of the total amount of cash needed to buy the home you choose, including down payment, closing costs, and a breakdown of projected monthly payments.
Market Analysis
Prepare a competitive Market Analysis of your chosen property to verify the value and assure you that you are paying a reasonable and fair price.
Prepare and Present Offer
Advise you on structuring an appropriate offer to purchase the selected property, and present the offer to the seller’s agent and the seller on the your behalf.
Buyer’s Advocate
Act as an advocate and negotiator to obtain the lowest price and best terms for you.
Financing
Assist you in securing appropriate financing for the selected property.
Seller’s Disclosure Statement
Request that the seller complete the Seller’s Disclosure Statement regarding property condition and give a copy to you. Urge you to obtain a property inspection report from a reputable inspection firm.
Related Services
Give you information as needed regarding related services such as: homeowner’s insurance, title insurance, home inspection, home warranty, and settlement procedures. Provide a list of qualified vendors (e.g. movers, attorneys, carpenters, etc.) if needed.
Representation
Most importantly, we will fully represent you throughout the real estate transaction. We will help you with the details and keep you informed every step of the way. We will attend the closing with you, and we will keep in touch after the sale to assist you with your future real estate needs.
